I called twice on both telephone numbers on the day we were due to be picked up and each time my booking was confirmed I also expressed that we had children travelling and wanted to make sure they were on time. !
I got a email 3 hours before pick to say my booking was cancelled (but not by me) I called the numbers again only to be told that I had the wrong number and I did not book through them !!!
Disgusting disgraceful never again !!!!!!!!"
